My wife and I have two very smart, very special little Bichon/Shih Tzu's, Kylie and Bailey. They just turned 11 last week. We just put down our beloved pet of 11 years. You could see the fear (and disease) in his eyes, but that made it no easier. Yet, we take some solace in knowing that had we not rescued him, he probably wouldn't have been here. Too bad we can't talk to our pets and hear them thank us. Sorry for your loss.
