Technically, Paris did the same thing a few weeks ago, but I was still able to book my spot. There's a place I have my eye on for NYC. May give it a try and see what happens. Can you imagine the nightmare trying to enforce something like this? It's going to cost a lot of money. (PS So not fair saying you have a great place on time square and not letting me know which one.) I saw that.
