I am slower than molasses this morning. I’ve been on hold with Garmin (touch screen on NUVI 650 quit working) for about 20 minutes now. They warned it could be 30. What a way to start the week!

It’s Son #2′s birthday today. (Happy Birthday, Michael!) I think he’s talked me into dinner at Mimma’s tonight. (Wowser! Could I do without that couple kissing on their website.)

We did get to Sprecher’s Saturday night. The Belgian Dubbel was good, but I walked out with a 4 pack of Abbey Triple. That stuff’s great. We also had a surprise brewery tour by Randy Sprecher. Put that on the list of things I need to write. I even have photos.

I had a surprise find at Brennan’s this weekend – decent coffee beans for $7.99 a pound. By the way, their pineapple and nectarines are great right now. Their cantaloupe is not. I hate paying for fruit and it turns out yucky.
