I’ve written about a lot of senators, but in my opinion, no one watches the blogs like Wisconsin Senator Russ Feingold and his staff.
I doubt very seriously if he gave a flip about what I said. That’s the beauty of Russ Feingold. Gosh it must be great to be sooo much better than your constituents.
Why wouldn’t he care what you have to say? Though I’m far from being a conservative, I find value in reading what conservatives are writing about, and I’m sure those politicos who do read blogs (like Sen. Feingold) are the same way.
After seeing his operation first hand in DC, I can guarantee you he isn’t reading, his staff is. If they find something juicy they’ll pass it on. I do find it all a bit odd though, just think of it, your taxes are paying for someone to read your blog! It’s almost the ultimate government insult…, just as if they were reaching right into our pockets and stealing money… oh wait, they are.
Yup.
And really, he’s the only one who does it. Like I said in the post, I’ve written about a lot of senators, but Feingold’s crowd is the only one who chases a post.
