Fiesta Garibaldi closed at the end of May. Can’t say I’ll miss it!
Going in a few doors down is a new Papa Murphy’s. Lots of people I know like their pizza.
Another observation: has anyone noticed the inconvenient line of cars that wait for kids from the karate place?
Good riddance to the Fiesta. Yes to the car line, kinda annoying, and I dislike Papa Murphy’s.
I figure you might as well buy a frozen pizza or make your own. The “we make it, you bake it” concept never really made sense to me.
There are car lines and parents using parking spaces in the public library lot, waiting for kids from Brookfield Central. Last time I had to use the Library, I could not find any parking at that time of day. This queueing up must be something new, since I walked to grade and high school, being within the walking attendance boundary (2 miles, I think.) My dad may have given us a ride on his way to work in bad weather, but after school, we were on our own. We weren’t overweight either. Is there some connection?
