None anywhere! So many zeros on the screen the clerk and I both started laughing. She was really cute about it which made it better. I was bummed.
May have decided on this instead:
This picture doesn’t do it justice, though. I think I might also make a trip to the fabric store just in case the perfect piece is there. I can sew up a couple of duvet covers if I have to sometime next week.
I’ll send you a pix ….wine… crackers…. sour dough crostini soaked in olive oil from Door County Bakery … music …. on the deck… my computer with your website up …
Come to America … come to Door County … bring the spouse so I have someone to visit with … you can stop by and sit on the deck with us … we can drink wine and solve the issues of the world. We’ll go to the Bistro in Egg Harbor for dinner.
Polenta is actually corn meal in boiled water. It sounds goofy but it’s really good.
Any more wine and you’ll be required to move away from the keyboard for the safety of others.
I’ve actually decided to cancel my Door County trip I had planned for August. It’s just too close to when I have to pack someone off for a few months. Maybe I’ll find an excuse to come up in July.
We’ll see. The more I looked at fabric, the more I realized I was nuts to think of doing it myself. I may stick with the stripes.
One advantage to putting that much color in the bedspread is that I can maybe get away with framing a couple of big prints from the Guatemala carpets for over each twin bed. That could be fun.
The saga continues. So, I had this wee bit of brain activity last night and thought, “why don’t I pick up a couple of bedspreads in Guatemala next February?” That’s a fun idea, would give the room a definite flair, and wouldn’t be very expensive.
But then I found another 20% coupon from BB&B in the Chicago paper I get. It would be nice to have it all done.
Aaaack. I used to be so confident with this kind of stuff. Now I’m a noodle.
I waffle like this sometimes, too. I’ve found that when I just make a decision it all works out. If not, you can redo it again at some point. Most of the time it works out though.
You’ll feel better once it’s not on your list of things to get done.
It’s official. I’ve decided not to decide. My guests will be comfortable up there in the next couple of weeks, but it won’t be much more than that. The right thing will find me eventually.

It doesn’t exist. Wah! How come the one thing you finally decided was perfect doesn’t exist?

Are they able to check other stores and have it sent to the store in Brookfield? Or, doesn’t it exist anywhere?

I think your second choice is better.
Actually I don’t care.

Well if you’ll feel any better, dinner tonight is tenderloin steak, polenta with goat cheese, and asparagus. It won’t suck.
Tell your wife I’ll save her a hunk of beef for next week.

Cindy, I like them both. Hope you find what you need and then you can post a picture of it all finished.

No.
I’m not letting you two speak.
That’s not a good idea.
