		<description>Right on Cindy. we elect public officials to do what we want them to do. then they pass the ball back to us and say you do it. some staffer makes notes and files them. Waukesha County in the heartland of conservatism takes pay raises for officials. Not a good example. they say it is for inflation or the cost of living. small business owners will not vote themselves a pay raise cause it is their own hard earned money. then we get the news that it is already a done deal. small government gets big when they forget about who pays the taxes.</description>
