Waukesha County in the heartland of conservatism takes pay raises for officials. Not a good example. they say it is for inflation or the cost of living. small business owners will not vote themselves a pay raise cause it is their own hard earned money. then we get the news that it is already a done deal. small government gets big when they forget about who pays the taxes.
