Well it happens to be exactly the way I feel about keeping a Google calendar. Wilson828 suggested it after my last computer snafu left me without knowing where to go. It took a little tech determination and a couple of weeks to iron out the overlapping calendar kinks, but now my iPhone, Outlook, and Google calendar each automatically have a copy of whatever task I put on any one of them. At any given time, three different alarms can sound to remind me to get something done.
The only small problem that remains is the person doing the scheduling. Miscommunication left me in the right place at the wrong time today. I guess I’ll need to have a talk with my scheduling secretary.
